Very low fly-over of the chemtrail plane on the 09-21-00 at 11:00 some 700 m over Kukuljanovo Industrial Zone plateau which is some 100 m a.s.l. Note fast moisture absorption in the difference to the powder behavior a month before, when condensations occurred only rarely. Difference in air moisture was not particularly relevant (it was always between 50-70% of rel. hum., temperature between 23 and 33 deg.C), but as at higher temperatures air can contain more moisture, cloud forming is simpler in milder climates, there where in most cases is not needed.
Meanwhile, I have noticed that lot of my business partners, not only in Croatia, but in Bosnia and Hrzegovina and Italy also, have a cold or a straight flu, lasting two or three days, with 39 deg.C temperatures and bone aches.
