Sprayings started early in the morning (CLICK HERE). All day-long sprayings did not attain results adequate to the NATO efforts, because all moisture, which usually comes from the south or west, was used in current downpours in Italy.
This is best shown by this image taken at 14:07 in the afternoon on Kukuljanovo Industrial Zone plateau. View to the south shows miltiple chmcloud layers with poor content of moisture. Because of eccesive use of BaO, dry lips/ tongue feeling is present all day.
Above is view to the north. Result is more-less the same. On the image detail a oldest and the lowest chemcloud can be seen It is of brown-gray color because of the lack of the moisture and is drifting low, some 400 m above the ground, dissipating it's powder on the ground below.
