Early morning on Kukuljanovo Industrial Zone plateau on 10-16-00. at 07:20. View to the north promises a colorful day and plenty of beautiful images.
Aircraft
started spraying on the east (to the right) in the early morning, probably
night.
Despite that many layers of chemtrail powder are visible, they failed to produce consistent cloud cover. This is rather curious bearing in mind the situation in nearby Italy, where, some 500 km to the north-west the rain is pouring for a week now. Yesterday was reported that there were 6 deaths caused by land slides and river overflows.
As large European cyclone was maintained by artificial sprayings for two weeks now, high concentrations of Barium Oxide were airborne constantly and sudden inrush of moisture leaden Atlantic air from the west caused uncontrollable downpour in Italy.
It could be that the excessive rain precipitation there caused lack of moisture locally, making NATO efforts unsuccessful.
On the right a detail of above photo is visible, showing altitude of the bottom, older and moisture heavier cloud layer, which is level with the mountain peak in 60 km distant Slovenia, high 1.500 m.
Above it a new, younger, white chemtrail cloud layer is starting to gather moisture while falling towards the bottom one.
